I try to make sure that my customers see a proof within 48 hours and have their ad code within 72 hours.

A: I want you to be happy with your ad. I try to make each first proof as complete as possible to minimize corrections – however, you know your business better than anyone. There are bound to be corrections. I don’t mind having a couple of rounds of corrections – but if we start to get into a complete redesign of an ad after you’ve approved the initial layout, you’ll be charged an additional $25 for a new ad. We can solve a lot of issues by having a good phone conversation and ensuring that understand 100% what you’re looking for in your ad.
